Ignition elecrodes
Caldor Heat ignition electrodes, ignition rods, ignition needles, spark plugs, and water level electrodes exclusively as customer-specific solutions. All products are custom-made according to required dimensions, diameter, thread type, and application conditions; therefore, no standard stock is available. Our ignition components are engineered for household stoves, commercial and industrial burners, boilers, water heaters, tunnel furnaces, and industrial furnaces. Manufactured with high-temperature resistance alloys (Ni80Cr20, Cr27Al7Mo2, 0Cr25Al5) and high-purity alumina ceramic insulation, these products ensure sensitive ignition, long service life, and reliable operation in high-temperature combustion environments.
