is owned and operated by Caldor Heat Engineering SRL, registered in Romania under VAT code RO52062049 and listed with the Trade Registry under number J2025047215002.

, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases, orders, deliveries, returns, and contractual relations between Caldor Heat Engineering SRL (the Seller) and the customer (the Buyer). They apply exclusively. Any other conditions or clauses are considered null and void unless expressly agreed in writing in advance by the Seller.
The version of the Terms and Conditions valid at the time the order is placed shall apply. By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms full, unconditional, and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Buyer is solely responsible for providing correct and complete contact details. Orders placed with incorrect email addresses or phone numbers may be canceled if communication with the Buyer is not possible.
Pricing and Currency Policy
Prices displayed on www.caldor.ro www.caldorheat.com www.caldorheat.net
are applicable as follows:
For Romania: all prices are expressed and payable exclusively in RON (Romanian Lei).
For all other countries: all prices are expressed and payable exclusively in EUR (Euro).
USD (United States Dollar) is NOT accepted under any circumstances.
Payments in USD or in any other currency are strictly refused.
No alternative currencies, virtual currencies, or other payment units are accepted unless expressly approved in writing by Caldor Heat Engineering SRL prior to order confirmation.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed using an incorrect, unsupported, or unauthorized currency.
All prices not include VAT, where applicable under Romanian legislation.
Prices and product availability may be changed without prior notice, depending on supply and market conditions.
Payment Methods
Payments are accepted only in the applicable currency defined above and may be made using the following methods:
Cash on delivery (courier delivery, Romania only)
Cash payment upon pickup at the company premises
Bank transfer, based on invoice or proforma invoice
For Special Orders / custom-made products, an advance payment of 50% of the total order value is mandatory. An advance invoice or proforma invoice will be issued after order confirmation. The order is considered valid only after receipt of the advance payment.
Special Orders may be canceled within 48 business hours from confirmation.
Delivery Policy
For products available in stock, delivery is performed within a maximum of 3 working days from order confirmation.
If a product is not available in stock, the estimated delivery time will be communicated by phone or email.
Delivery is carried out by courier and is made only to the entrance of the building specified by the Buyer.
Products are NOT delivered inside residential or commercial premises.
Free delivery is not offered.
Return Policy
Products purchased remotely may be returned in accordance with Government Ordinance no. 130/2000 (O.G. 130/2000).
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalties and without stating a reason within 10 working days from receipt of the product.
The withdrawal request must be submitted in writing to:caldor@caldorheat.com
This right applies only to individual consumers and only to products delivered by courier.
Returned products must be in the same condition as delivered, including:

Custom products and made-to-order items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

all accessories,
intact labels,
accompanying documentation.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. The product value will be refunded within 5 working days from receipt of the returned goods.
If the returned product cannot be resold as new, Caldor Heat Engineering SRL reserves the right to deduct a reconditioning fee or the value difference. At the Buyer’s request, the product may be returned at the Buyer’s expense.
Special Orders – Non-returnable Products
Custom-made or Special Order products are NOT eligible for return.
A Special Order is defined as a product not normally available in stock and manufactured or supplied based on a firm order and advance payment.
This provision is applied in accordance with O.G. 130/2000, art. 2, lit. e.
If a Special Order product does not conform to the specifications provided by the Buyer, it may be returned at no cost, provided written notification is sent to caldor@caldorheat.com
within 48 hours of delivery, clearly specifying the non-conformity.
Dimensional tolerance limits apply. The Buyer may request a replacement or a refund.
Warranty
Products purchased through www.caldor.ro
benefit from a limited warranty of 6 to 12 months, depending on the product type and specifications.
Production Tolerances
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Dimensional tolerance: ±15%
Wattage tolerance: ±12.5%
These tolerances are standard in industrial heating element manufacturing.
Production and Delivery Time for Special Products
Production time for custom or Special Order products ranges from 3 to 40 working days, excluding transportation time.
Obligations and Liability
Technical data and information published on www.caldor.ro
are provided for informational purposes only. Product images are illustrative.
Caldor Heat Engineering SRL reserves the right to update website content, including technical data, descriptions, images, and prices, without prior notice.
The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from the use, copying, or display of website content, nor for interruptions caused by technical errors or server failures.
Privacy Policy
Caldor Heat Engineering SRL undertakes not to disclose personal data to third parties and to use such data exclusively for customer communication, order processing, account management, and service-related notifications, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
