Designed for you

Heat-Cool combinations are primarily used on extrusion machines. In some cases, they are also applied on injection molding machines, especially when processing materials like PVC. These systems are also widely used in recycling plants on various processing lines.

The main machines and production lines where these systems are used include:

  • Extruder machines

  • PP (Polypropylene) lines

  • PE (Polyethylene) lines

  • ABS lines

  • Special production lines

  • Injection molding machines

  • Blow molding machines

  • Granulation lines

  • Compounding machines

  • PVC processing lines

  • Recycling extruders

  • Cable insulation lines

  • Plastic molding machines

  • Rubber extruders

We offer various solutions based on different technologies and materials, tailored to the specific needs of each application. Our Heat-Cool combination systems are manufactured using:

  • Mica-based heaters

  • Ceramic-based heaters

  • Cast aluminum systems

  • Cast copper systems

  • Quartz technology

  • Infrared (IR) heating technology

We deliver high-performance, long-lasting, and energy-efficient products for industrial heating applications.

Operating temperature up to 450°C

  • Mica or ceramic band heaters ensure uniform heating of the system.

  • Heat exchangers improve the efficiency of fan operation.

  • Compact design with optimized volume.

  • Cooling is achieved through cast aluminum heat exchangers.

  • The interior is insulated with fiberglass or other types of thermal fiber.

  • The outer housing is made of aluminum alloy sheet and stainless steel.

  • Mounting flange for the cooling fan.

  • Spacious terminal box for safe and easy electrical connections.

  • Available with holes, thermocouple fittings, and cutouts upon request.

  • Heating elements can be ceramic, mica, or infrared-based.

  • Larger cooling surface can be achieved using special copper cooling fins.

  • Suitable for high-temperature industrial environments.
