Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Introduction

This policy governs the shipping and delivery procedures of our products, with the aim of protecting customer rights and complying with applicable legislation. Starting from January 1, 2025, new rules will come into effect regarding the organization and responsibilities related to transportation.

2. Insured Transport Organized by CALDOR HEAT & ENGINEERING S.R.L.

All shipments organized by CALDOR HEAT & ENGINEERING S.R.L. will be made with insured transport. This measure is mandatory to safeguard products against loss or damage.

  • If the shipping cost is initially covered by Caldor or if no special agreement is in place, this cost will be transferred to the customer.

  • If the shipping cost is borne by the recipient, the insurance fee will be automatically included in the shipping cost and paid directly to the transport company by the recipient.

 

3. Customer-Organized Transport

Customers have the option to organize transportation through a carrier of their choice. In this case:

  • The customer assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during transport.

  • Caldor will not be held liable for any damages that arise after the products have been handed over to the transport company.
