Caldor Solutions for Industrial Heating – Specifically Designed for Your Processes
At Caldor, we understand how important efficiency is in industrial processes. That’s why we develop customized infrared heating solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs. Whether it’s heating, drying, thermoforming, or processing composite materials, we provide smart and reliable systems that integrate seamlessly into your production flow.
Precise Temperature Control
Our systems come equipped with control units configured according to the application. You can precisely adjust the temperature, ensuring that every stage of your process runs under optimal conditions, with no energy wasted.
Custom-Built Ovens and Heating Systems
We design and build infrared ovens and heating systems tailored to your specific requirements. Together, we select the appropriate wavelength (short, medium, or long), adapt the design to suit your product, and deliver an efficient system ready for production. Every project is unique – and that’s exactly how we treat it.
Custom Manufacturing and Turnkey Design
Upon request, we manufacture ceramic elements branded with your logo and develop complete systems from the ground up – from heating elements to housings, reflectors, and control panels. We handle everything: design, production, and testing.
Ceramic Radiant Elements – A Reliable and Efficient Solution for Infrared Heating
Ceramic Heating Elements – A Reliable Choice for Industrial Infrared Applications
Ceramic heating elements, among the most popular infrared radiators on the market, are used across a wide range of industrial and engineering processes.
These durable components are ideal for applications such as thermoforming, packaging, annealing, as well as for paint curing, printing, and various drying processes. They emit long-wave infrared radiation, ensuring efficient and uniform heat distribution.
Each ceramic infrared element can operate at temperatures of up to 780°C and produces infrared radiation within the 2–10 micron wavelength range. Standard voltage options include 230V and 400V, with power ratings ranging from 60W to 1200W.
Caldor’s range of long-wave ceramic infrared elements – including trough, hollow, and flat models – are CE marked and UL approved, ensuring full compliance with international safety and quality standards.
