Precision Cartridge Heaters

Engineered for applications requiring tight temperature control and uniform heat distribution. Commonly used in tooling, medical equipment, and precision manufacturing.
Cartridge Heaters with Thermocouple

Integrated thermocouple options (J or K type) allow accurate temperature monitoring and closed-loop control directly at the heat source.
Custom Cartridge Heaters

Tailor-made solutions developed according to customer drawings and technical requirements. Dimensions, wattage, voltage, leads, and materials can be fully customized.
Miniature / Micro Cartridge Heaters

Compact cartridge heaters designed for small diameters and tight installation spaces. Ideal for electronics, laboratory equipment, and precision components.
Cartridge Heaters Lead Wire Options

Available with fiberglass, silicone, or PTFE insulated lead wires to suit different temperature ranges and environmental conditions.
Cartridge Heaters with Flange or Stop Collar

Designed for precise positioning and secure installation. Flanges and collars ensure consistent insertion depth and improved heat transfer.
High-Temperature Cartridge Heaters

Manufactured for extreme operating conditions using advanced alloys and insulation materials. Suitable for continuous high-temperature industrial processes.
Type 0 Cartridge Heaters

Basic cartridge heaters without internal thermocouple, designed for standard heating applications where external temperature control is used. They offer a simple, cost-effective solution for molds, plates, and general industrial heating.
Superior Performance in Cartridge Heater Technology
Caldor cartridge heaters are manufactured using advanced MgO compaction technology, ensuring high thermal efficiency, long service life, and stable performance under demanding industrial conditions. This manufacturing approach allows precise positioning of the resistive wire around a high-purity magnesium oxide core, significantly improving heat transfer to the outer sheath.
In high-density configurations, the resistive wire is placed extremely close to the heater’s external tube. This design enables rapid and uniform heat distribution while maintaining a lower internal wire temperature compared to conventional cartridge heaters. As a result, thermal stress on the heating wire is reduced, preventing overheating and extending operational durability.
Caldor cartridge heaters are widely used in tool heating, die slots, special-purpose machinery, polymer processing equipment such as screen changers and filter systems, as well as packaging machinery and air heating applications. Their robust construction and consistent performance make them suitable for both continuous and intermittent industrial processes.
Type 0 cartridge heaters, manufactured without an external jacket, are specifically designed for air heating applications and installation in dip pipes where direct heat exposure is required.
Screw-in cartridge heaters (Type EP) are engineered for direct heating of solid, liquid, and gaseous media. Designed for horizontal installation, they are commonly used in water tanks, oil heating systems, surface treatment processes, air heating, and tooling applications.
Through precision engineering, controlled manufacturing processes, and high-quality materials, Caldor delivers cartridge heater solutions that combine efficiency, reliability, and application-specific flexibility..
